Boxing Day
On Boxing Day we went for a long walk! Boy was that fun!! Here are some pix Anneke took of me having fun!

Lazy Monday
On Monday we had a lazy day. I slept a lot, maybe because of the high winds and freezing cold weather, that we only went around the block and to be frank (or Wilfrid in this case), I agreed very much! I couldn't wait to get back to the fire again! Yawn!

Tuesday fun!
Today I went in the car!! Yeah!! We went somewhere!! Where there are lotsa trees, fantastic! I enjoyed this very much! It was beautiful, and I could smell wild animals too!




Gotastick, gottastick, gottastick!!


Oh I love the woods!!! There was some snow left!!


Oh it was so beautiful here! I just sat down for a while, to enjoy!


On our way back to the car. Phew, I was a bit tired!!

In between my breakfast, tea and treats, we do play with the pulling device, and I get my zeez during the midday hours and evenings (they say I snore... I say...!).

During the nights I sleep like a log, Peter says. I sort of go to sleep and before I know it, it's morning!

Willy's X-Mas Vacation Part 1

Elloh mummy and daddy!! It's me, Wilfrid, your great big teddy dog! Sending you hugs and licks from Belvianes!


You know, the day I came here, Peter and Anneke had visitors in the afternoon and I was over the moon with so much attention! Over the moon and back again, knocking over a glass while I was at it... I sort of removed myself from the scene and watched all the commotion from a distance, but they were really cool, they understood that it was my tail that did it, not me! :P

All afternoon it was me and my ball, my ball and I, etc. Wouldn't go anywhere without my ball!


Had a great night sleep, and then very, very early in the morning, it was still dark, Peter woke me up! It appeared that Anneke was going away for a day on err.. what did she call it, a "guy did tur" or something, so I was with Peter all day. We went for a long walk and I was able to catch some zeez and relax, which was nice!


Today was fantastic, it all started with a nice long walk early in the morning, breakfast, a nice brush, tummy tickles and fights, ball games, another walk, and I got a prezzie!! They bought me a new pulling device! Y'know, a toy with 2 ends, so Anneke has one end and I have the other and we measure strength!




See that smile on my face? I also had a chewey and tea, another nice walk and again play time! It got me very sleepy so I decided to take a nap somewhere in the middle of the room so they wouldn't forget me... Grin...

Now I am in Anneke's office, dictating my Blog, and she did take some photos, which I hope came out okay! I really posed patiently, and moved only after I heard the click and zoom!


Anneke seemed very happy with the results so I do trust her, but pray tell me if the pix she took are anything but decent? Thanks! I remember last time she took pix while I was sleeping... And published them! Oh the shame!

I will report back on Christmas day with a special message, but won't say anything, or I will give away too much. Oooops, Anneke is already erasing stuff I dictated! Hahaha!!

Snow Willy II - the Sequal

Hey mummy and daddy!

It's been so cold here that I even found myself a nice place in front of the fire, using Anneke's slippers as my pillow. What more can I want? All is well...



Yesterday I had a prezzy! A huge huge chewey bone that I walked around with for at least an hour, hid all over the place and, actually, ya know, I am really happy and appreciative, ya know, and thankful... but do these people know how much WORK it is to handle a huge chewey like this?



HUH?



And today was supercalifragelisticexpialidocious! (Anneke taught me the word. She also gave me the Dutch version which is Superformiweldigeindefantakolosachtig, but I can only say it when I am allowed to spit.)

And why was my day supercalifragelisticexpialidocious? Because...



IT SNOWED!!!!

I even broke the speed limit! I sort of got scared when I heard that Big Bang behind my Butt though... but Anneke explained that it had something to do with the air closing behind me because I leave a gap being so fast! Wow. I must remember that!!

The Great Outdoors!

Heya Mummy and Daddy!



Guess what! The rain has stopped and we had an outdoor day today! A nice long walk in the mountains where I met a really gorgeous white shepherd, but for some reason they wouldn't let me spend the rest of my life with her! We parted... weep...

But I loved the afternoon in the garden! You can see that big grin on my face?



We played with sticks and I ran and ran! Then I smelled something, perhaps a cat, a rabbit or a chicken and followed the trail. But then Anneke threw another stick and I couldn't resist! But this time I got my teeth stuck into it! I didn't let go!! Not this time!

Crunch crunch...





Hmmmm.... vintage year, 2007 I think, good bouquet!

Here I come!



And then we found a ball!!!



It is a history ball. This means, it used to be a ball, but it isn't now anymore, that is, since I got my teeth into it! Woooohhahahahahahaha!!!!

Fun Fun Fun!

Hello there mummy and daddy!



It's me, you know, Wilfrid! Speaking to you through Anneke from Belvianes! Isn't it amazing? She understands all my barks and growls and the way I blink my eyes and knows exactly what my thoughts are. She knows when I want to play, when I am hungry, when I need to go out, it's brilliant! And you know what? I don't even have to learn to speak Dutch! Anyways, I just called to say I love you and that I am very happy! You see the state my pulling device is in? It sort of says it all... woehahahaha!



I just wanted to have a lie down in between games and do my teeth... chewey chewey chewey chewey la la la lalala laaaa, can't ever get that song out of my head when Anneke starts to sing it... lalalala lalala lalalalalalaaaaaaaa....

... crunch .... crack ... sob ... crunch ...

Yesterday evening I wanted to play with The Man! Ya know, The Man? The guy that takes me for walks when the weather is bad? Peter! The Man! I just wanted to play with him and play with him. But Peter was sort of hanging on the sofa watching tv and didn't see it commin' when I leaped up and put my front paws on his shoulders just to wake him up a little, which worked!!! It worked!!! He was all over me and we fought brilliant and I had a fantastic time and I and I and I fought and we fought and I.. it was awsome! Ha!

When Peter went to sit down again I tried Anneke, and I offered to play with her with my pulling device, which sometimes makes people laugh you know, when I say pulling device, you know, but I mean that thing I have in my mouth right here on the photo below, in between .. yawns and almost falling asleep sitting up and ... yawn... ahhh, it does make you tired, playing, ya know...

Mummy, daddy! It's me, Wilfrid! Guess what? After a fantastic walk in the hot sun just 2 days ago, and playing until I just couldn't anymore, it started to snow yesterday and today I just went Boncus!
